Hollywood and the end of the world, the sect has an attractive power
on all sorts of outcast. Ripstein, who used to be an assistent to
Luis Bunuel, portrays this story in his own typical fashion.
Happy Together - Wong Kar-Wai (Hong Kong) 1997 Cast: Leslie Cheung, Chang Chen, Tony Leung
A story about two boys who want to renew their relationship in Buenos Aires.
Lai Yiu-Fai finds work as a porter in a tango-club and Ho Po Wing becomes a
protitute. When Lai meets a Taiwanese boy, his relationship with Ho changes.

Hold you tight - Stanley Kwan Kam Pang (Hong Kong) The story of Fung, a good-for-nothing, who a his wife's dead gets
entangled in a couple of relations. Like the exuberant gay broker
Tong and the Taiwanese Jie, who used to be Fung's wife lover and
now suspects Fung to have something to do with her disappearance.
Or is he just interested in Fung?
Matroos (Sailor)- Bavo Defurne (Belgium) (Sailor) by Belgian director Bavo Defurne is a short,
surprising and artistic film about the dawning love between two
neighbours.
Portland Street Blues - Raymond Yip (Hong Kong) By means of flashbacks the story of Sister Thirteen, a leader of the
Hung Hing triade, is told. They bring us back to the times when she
first realises that she fancies girls in stead of boys. We meet her
lazy father, the handsome boxer Coke, with whom she travels around
China for a while, junkie Scarface and her real first love, Yun.
