Story: Gay police inspector Luigi Mackaroni investigates the case of a killer condom. It strikes without distinction: good or bad, gay or straight, black or white. When Luigi comes across an attractive guy, the killer condom almost gets him. He escapes by the skin of his teeth and minus one ball. He starts his investigation in the gay scene and the trail leads to Professor Smirnoff.
Verhaal: De homoseksuele politie-inspecteur Luigi Mackaroni onderzoekt de zaak van een moordend condoom. Het slaat toe zonder onderscheid te maken: of men goed of slecht is, hetero of homo, zwart of blank. Wanneer Luigi een aantrekkelijke kerel tegen komt, krijgt het "moord-condoom" hem bijna te pakken. Hij ontsnapt ternauwernood en moet een van zijn ballen missen. Hij begint zijn onderzoek in de homo-scene en het spoor leidt naar Professor Smirnoff.
