The International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) takes place every year at the end of January and beginning of February. The first festival was in 1972. The filmfestival has an extremely high percentage of gay, lesbian and bisexual visitors and I decided to make a survey of films which were shown the last couple of years, which are "purely gay" films or are gay related. Just like the last couple of years I will make a list in advance, so that it can work for you as a guide. The 2010 edition of the IFFR will take place from January 27 to February 7, 2010.

Het Internationale Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) vindt ieder jaar eind januari en begin februari plaats. Het eerste festival werd in 1972 georganiseerd. Een groot deel van de bezoekers van dit filmfestival bestaat uit homo's, lesbo's en biseksuelen en dit feit heeft mij doen besluiten een overzicht te maken van films die de laatste jaren op het festival vertoond werden en die een homoseksueel thema hebben dan wel speciaal voor holebi's interessant zijn. Ik zal ook voor het festival in 2010 van te voren een dergelijk overzicht maken, zodat dit als een gids kan dienen. Editie 2010 wordt gehouden van 27 januari tot en met 7 februari 2010.
