Story: Minami, a member of the Azamawari gangsters, highly respects his Aniki (brother) Ozaki who has saved his life in the past. However, lately Ozaki's eccentricities (like claiming that a Chihuahua he sees is a 'Yakuza attack dog') have been making everyone wonder about his sanity. Chairman Azamawari secretly orders Minami to take Ozaki to a disposal facility in the city of Nagoya. There, the fate of these two follows a twisted path filled with violence, mother's milk, transverstites, transsexuals and Gozu: a man with a cow's head.
Verhaal: Minami, een lid van de Azamawari gangsters, heeft veel eerbied voor zijn Aniki (broeder) Ozaki die in het verleden zijn leven heeft gered. Maar de laatste tijd vertoont Ozaki's een dusdanig vreemd gedrag dat iedereen aan zijn gezond verstand twijfelt. Zo ziet hij een Chihuahua aan voor Yakuza vechthond. Gangsterbaas Azamawari geeft in het geheim Minami de opdracht om Ozaki mee te nemen naar een dumpplek voor lichamen in Nagoya. Daar leidt het lot de twee door een wereld vol geweld, moedermelk, travestieten, transseksuelen en Gozu: een man met een koeiekop.
